GENERAL\u00a0 \u00a0TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/u><\/strong><\/h1>\n

The reserved plot will be available to the guest from 13:00 on the agreed upon day of arrival. The latest check-in time is 21:30<\/li>\n
Departure must take place between 08:00 and 12:00. Guests shall be responsible for any costs incurred in the removal of items or objects left behind on the plot.<\/li>\n
The maximum occupancy per plot is 5 people.<\/li>\n
Booking a plot guarantees the reservation of accommodation, but never guarantees a specific unit.<\/li>\n
Plot members must register when finalizing the contract. The stay is non-transferable. During the agreed-upon stay, no changes are permitted to the registered individuals. Any additional registered family members or guests on the plot shall incur a special charge, which should be confirmed at Reception (the maximum number of people registered per plot is 5), and must be registered for the duration of the stay.<\/li>\n
In high season, our plots will be equipped with awnings.<\/li>\n
Guests are prohibited from installing items that are not temporary, personal or customary for camping stays on the plots or that may damage the establishment\u2019s public image. Specifically, guests are not permitted to install floors, fences, sinks, awnings (except those provided by the Campsite), electrical appliances, pools or any other items that, by being installed, give the impression of permanent occupation of the campsite. Guest installation of such items constitutes sufficient grounds for termination of any contract, without compensation. Please ask at the reception desk on arrival which items are allowed.<\/li>\n
It is also forbidden to use your own washing machines or dryers on the plots or in the toilet blocks, to hang clothes in unauthorised places (structures, lampposts or other campsite elements) or to tie ropes to trees.<\/li>\n
The plot must be set up with sufficient space to accommodate a caravan, motorhome or tent and a registered vehicle. You cannot park your vehicle outside the bounds of your plot, whether on public roads or on other plots, nor may you use the outdoor car park as a regular car park.<\/li>\n
It is prohibited to have two accommodations on the same plot, even if one of them is a vehicle adapted for overnight stay and used only for transport.<\/li>\n
All elements on the plot must be anchored to the ground and not attached to any campsite structures or trees.<\/li>\n
It is at the discretion of the establishment to indicate the suitability of elements that may damage the campsite image and aesthetics, and the establishment may require the removal of these elements.<\/li>\n
Guests are reminded that, in accordance with the internal rules of procedure, you are strictly prohibited from transferring the right to camp to third parties, whether for payment or free of charge, as this right is personal and non-transferable. In the event of any non-compliance in this regard, Management may evict the occupant and terminate the transferor’s contract of occupancy.<\/li>\n
During long periods of absence, the guest must disconnect the electricity and turn off water supply to the plot in order to avoid possible leaks or unnecessary consumption, thus avoiding major problems in the installations. We advise against leaving perishable food in personal fridges or freezers if guests are absent, as the campsite is not responsible for any losses caused by power outages or automatic circuit trips in your accommodation.<\/li>\n
We suggest that you lock your unit properly when absent. We remind you that the campsite is not responsible for any possible damage or loss that your belongings may suffer as a result of theft, robbery, vandalism or similar.<\/li>\n
Always ensure that combustible material is completely extinguished before placing it in any litter bin or container. The use of firewood is strictly prohibited. All this without prejudice to any prohibitions that may be imposed by higher authorities. Particular caution is recommended in the event of adverse weather conditions (excessive wind, etc.), and the establishment may temporarily prohibit use.<\/li>\n
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the plot, subject to availability.<\/li>\n
Dog owners that enter the facilities will have to prove upon entrance that they have an up-to-date vaccination card and the government-mandated chip. Dogs without proper documentation will have restricted access to the facilities.<\/li>\n
You must register your pet\/dog upon arrival by showing their passport and health card. Pets must be kept under control at all times. Keep them within the boundaries of the campsite and keep them on a lead at all times. Owners of potentially dangerous breeds of dogs must comply with current regulations and wear a muzzle. Pets are not allowed in the toilets, sports and children’s areas, as well as in the bar-restaurant and supermarket.<\/li>\n
I declare that my registered pet complies with the relevant health regulations, and I assume responsibility for the supervision of my pet (maximum 2 dogs per plot). You must register your pet\/dog upon arrival by showing their passport and health card.<\/li>\n
You must ensure that your pet relieves itself only in the designated areas and waste must always be promptly collected.<\/li>\n
Dogs of breeds considered potentially dangerous must wear a muzzle. These breeds include: Akita Inu, American Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman, Argentine Mastiff, Fila Brasileiro, Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Mallorca Presa Dog, Canary Presa Dog, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Dogue de Bordeaux, Tosa Inu and Neapolitan Mastiff.<\/li>\n
Do not feed any animals other than your own.<\/li>\n
Visitors to guests staying at the hotel must go to reception accompanied by the person who made the booking, in order to register with the relevant identification documents and pay the adult or child rate corresponding to the contract signed, subject to availability at reception. No more people (including children or babies) than the maximum capacity of the chosen accommodation are allowed. In this case, the maximum capacity is 4 in pitches and 4 in bungalows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

CONDITIONS FOR MODIFYING YOUR RESERVATION<\/p>\n

Modification of Reservations<\/strong><\/p>\n
\n
In the event that the reservation holder cannot be present at check-in, they must send an e-mail authorising the person who will be staying in their place.<\/li>\n
Changes in dates or individuals may be made up to\u00a015 days prior to arrival<\/strong>. After this period, the current cancellation conditions shall apply.<\/li>\n
It will be possible to replace a person included in the reservation with another person up to\u00a015 days before arrival<\/strong>, following prior notification to the establishment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Early departures<\/strong><\/p>\n
If the guest decides to end their stay before the scheduled date, the full amount of the reservation must be paid in full. Early departure is non-refundable.<\/p>\n
Use of facilities<\/strong><\/p>\n
The campsite reserves the right to modify the hours of use and enjoyment of the facilities for operational or maintenance reasons, without prejudice to the customer.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION:<\/p>\n
To cancel or modify your reservation: send an email with delivery confirmation to info@campingcalpemar.com. This email will be sufficient to process the cancellation, provided it is received in accordance with the cancellation policy. Date changes may result in rate adjustments, which will be confirmed before the amendment is made.<\/p>\n

Reservations cancelled 15 days or more in advance: free of charge. \uf076<\/p>\n
Reservations cancelled between 14 and 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total cost of the reservation. \uf076<\/p>\n
Reservations cancelled 7 days or less in advance, or no-shows: 100% of the total cost of the reservation.<\/p>\n

INTERNAL\u00a0 RULES OF\u00a0 PROCEDURE<\/u><\/strong><\/h1>\n
<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n
Art. 1. Any person who registers and accesses the Campsite must comply with these rules and other provisions contained in current legislation. These rules include all specific Campsite provisions that have been publicly stated.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Art. 2. Entry will only be granted to those persons who are both going camping and are in possession of the minimum necessary equipment necessary.<\/p>\n
Minors under 18 years of age who are not accompanied by a person of legal age that expressly takes responsibility for the minor’s conduct will be denied entry.<\/p>\n
Those who are in debt to the Company for services rendered previously and whose payments have not been received in due time shall not be admitted.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Art. 3. The admission of pets is optional for each campsite. In the event of being admitted, they must comply with all the individual pertinent provisions established, especially those concerning potentially dangerous breeds; show the required documentation, both governmental and sanitary; and always remain on a leash<\/u>, with the owners being responsible for any damage they may cause.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Art. 4. The guest must prove their identity and that of their companions with whatever documentation the Campsite management deems necessary and sign the necessary registration documents.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Art. 5. The current fares are those shown on the official poster. The prices are listed per day, according to the number of overnight stays. The camping day ends at 12 noon. A minimum of one day shall be paid, and departures after 12 noon shall be considered an additional day.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Art. 6. The placement of tents, caravans and other vehicles shall be completed during the Campsite open hours and in the allocated plot. Each camping site or plot is the space of land used to park a vehicle and a mobile shelter. Changes of location or plot must be authorised in advance.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Art. 7. Electrical connection must be requested at the time of registration. The user must have a waterproof hose cable (1000 V) and a plug with a grounded socket. Only the personnel in charge may connect the unit. Under no circumstances may consumption exceed the maximum power allowed. Therefore, connecting electrical appliances that, together, exceed this contracted power is forbidden, as is manipulating the installation for this purpose.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Art. 8. Any service that the Campsite provides, unless otherwise required by current tourism regulations, is entirely voluntary. Therefore, it may suspend its provision, in part or in whole, at any time.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Art. 9. We recommend minimising the use of vehicles within the campsite, limiting their speed to 10 Km\/h. The use of vehicles for sport, leisure or driving practise of any kind is not permitted, particularly motor vehicles. Anyone breaching this rule will be held civilly or criminally liable for any accident.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Art. 10. Persons not staying at the campsite are not allowed to enter. In special cases the camper may obtain authorisation to bring in, under their own responsibility, family members and\/or friends, always for a limited period previously specified, upon presenting proof of identity and paying the established visitor fee. The visitor shall be obliged to comply with the rules of these Internal Rules of Procedure. Visitors must leave the site before the established cut-off time and may not stay overnight unless they have previously registered.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Art. 11. Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 08:00 in winter, and from 24:00 to 08:00 in summer. During these hours, guests must avoid any kind of noise or loud voices and ensure that sound and lighting devices are regulated so as not to disturb their neighbours. Vehicle traffic is not permitted, except in emergencies with prior authorisation.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Art. 12. Obligations.<\/p>\n
\n
a) Abide by the Camping Site Management rules, which are designed to keep order and allow for smooth running.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
\n
b) Respect the existing vegetation, avoiding actions or the use of elements that damage it.<\/li>\n
c) Respect the facilities in general by using them properly and leaving them in a suitable condition for the next person. This also applies to the areas occupied by tents, where any alteration to the ground must be restored to its original state<\/li>\n
d) Observe the common-sense rules of coexistence and public order including, if necessary, taking into account the unique considerations of camping.<\/li>\n
e) Communicate cases of contagious diseases to Campsite Management.<\/li>\n
f) Collect all waste in closed bags and deposit them in the appropriate containers.<\/li>\n
g) Promptly pay for the services used in accordance with the established rates and conditions.<\/li>\n
h) Leave the campsite with all belongings at the end of the contracted stay.<\/li>\n
i) Have an individual fire extinguisher.<\/li>\n
j) Have third-party liability insurance.<\/li>\n
k) Have the corresponding butane or propane gas permits.<\/li>\n
l) Take appropriate precautions for the security of belongings and valuables.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
<\/p>\n
Art. 13. Prohibitions.<\/p>\n
\n
a) Disturbing other campers\u2019 rest during quiet hours.<\/li>\n
b) Playing games or sports that may be dangerous or disturb others.<\/li>\n
c) Lighting any type of fire on the ground, with the exception of butane gas stoves or charcoal barbecues, always adopting maximum safety measures.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
<\/p>\n
\n
d) Bringing in unauthorised animals.<\/li>\n
e) Being in possession of any type of weapon or object likely to cause accidents.<\/li>\n
f) Leaving waste outside the appropriate containers.<\/li>\n
g) Bringing outside persons into the campsite without Management authorisation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
(h) Hanging clothes in unauthorised places or where they may be a nuisance to others.<\/p>\n
\n
i) Installing elements that are not of a temporary, personal and customary nature for camping stays and\/or that may harm the tourist image of the establishment. Specifically, guests are not permitted to install floors, fences, sinks, electrical appliances or any other items that, by their installation, give the impression of permanent occupation of the campsite. The installation of such items by a guest constitutes sufficient grounds for termination of the accommodation contract, regardless of its type, without any entitlement to compensation.<\/li>\n
j) Carrying out any kind of acts that may damage or harm property,hygiene or any aspect of camping.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
<\/p>\n
Art. 14. It is not permitted to abandon unoccupied tents or caravans, without the express authorisation of the Campsite Management.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Art. 15. In the event of non-payment or abandonment, the campsite management may move the camping elements to a new site outside the camping area without the security conditions offered within the campsite, in order to leave the plot free and open.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Art. 16. Unless other conditions are agreed upon, the term for the payment of the amount accrued by the stay or service is due at the end of the day (12 noon). Consequently, the guest may at any time be required to pay for previous days. In special circumstances, at the discretion of the Management, advance payment may be requested.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Art. 17. Any camper who disobeys any aspect of these Rules shall be asked to leave the Campsite; if they do not do so voluntarily, they will be expelled by the Director, who is officially empowered to do so, requesting, if necessary, the assistance from law enforcement.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Art. 18. The Campsite Company is not responsible for theft or damage of any kind to campers and their belongings.<\/p>\n
Nor shall it be liable for damage caused by fires lit by the campers themselves or their belongings, weather or any other cause beyond the Company’s control.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Art. 19. The guest, simply by registering at the campsite, accepts and agrees to the present Internal Rules and all other specific rules referred to in the second paragraph of art. 1.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Art. 20. The duration of the contract for the occupation of a camping plot may not, under any circumstances, exceed one year.<\/p>\n
