CONDITIONS FOR MODIFYING YOUR RESERVATION<\/p>\n
Modification of Reservations<\/strong><\/p>\n Early departures<\/strong><\/p>\n If the guest decides to end their stay before the scheduled date, the full amount of the reservation must be paid in full. Early departure is non-refundable.<\/p>\n Use of facilities<\/strong><\/p>\n The campsite reserves the right to modify the hours of use and enjoyment of the facilities for operational or maintenance reasons, without prejudice to the customer.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION:<\/p>\n To cancel or modify your reservation: send an email with delivery confirmation to info@campingcalpemar.com. This email will be sufficient to process the cancellation, provided it is received in accordance with the cancellation policy. Date changes may result in rate adjustments, which will be confirmed before the amendment is made.<\/p>\n \uf0b7 Cancellation policy: \uf076<\/p>\n Reservations cancelled 15 days or more in advance: free of charge. \uf076<\/p>\n Reservations cancelled between 14 and 8 days before arrival: 50% of the total cost of the reservation. \uf076<\/p>\n Reservations cancelled 7 days or less in advance, or no-shows: 100% of the total cost of the reservation.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Art. 1. Any person who registers and accesses the Campsite must comply with these rules and other provisions contained in current legislation. These rules include all specific Campsite provisions that have been publicly stated.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Art. 2. Entry will only be granted to those persons who are both going camping and are in possession of the minimum necessary equipment necessary.<\/p>\n Minors under 18 years of age who are not accompanied by a person of legal age that expressly takes responsibility for the minor’s conduct will be denied entry.<\/p>\n Those who are in debt to the Company for services rendered previously and whose payments have not been received in due time shall not be admitted.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Art. 3. The admission of pets is optional for each campsite. In the event of being admitted, they must comply with all the individual pertinent provisions established, especially those concerning potentially dangerous breeds; show the required documentation, both governmental and sanitary; and always remain on a leash<\/u>, with the owners being responsible for any damage they may cause.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Art. 4. The guest must prove their identity and that of their companions with whatever documentation the Campsite management deems necessary and sign the necessary registration documents.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Art. 5. The current fares are those shown on the official poster. The prices are listed per day, according to the number of overnight stays. The camping day ends at 12 noon. A minimum of one day shall be paid, and departures after 12 noon shall be considered an additional day.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Art. 6. The placement of tents, caravans and other vehicles shall be completed during the Campsite open hours and in the allocated plot. Each camping site or plot is the space of land used to park a vehicle and a mobile shelter. Changes of location or plot must be authorised in advance.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Art. 7. Electrical connection must be requested at the time of registration. The user must have a waterproof hose cable (1000 V) and a plug with a grounded socket. Only the personnel in charge may connect the unit. Under no circumstances may consumption exceed the maximum power allowed. Therefore, connecting electrical appliances that, together, exceed this contracted power is forbidden, as is manipulating the installation for this purpose.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Art. 8. Any service that the Campsite provides, unless otherwise required by current tourism regulations, is entirely voluntary. Therefore, it may suspend its provision, in part or in whole, at any time.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Art. 9. We recommend minimising the use of vehicles within the campsite, limiting their speed to 10 Km\/h. The use of vehicles for sport, leisure or driving practise of any kind is not permitted, particularly motor vehicles. Anyone breaching this rule will be held civilly or criminally liable for any accident.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Art. 10. Persons not staying at the campsite are not allowed to enter. In special cases the camper may obtain authorisation to bring in, under their own responsibility, family members and\/or friends, always for a limited period previously specified, upon presenting proof of identity and paying the established visitor fee. The visitor shall be obliged to comply with the rules of these Internal Rules of Procedure. Visitors must leave the site before the established cut-off time and may not stay overnight unless they have previously registered.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Art. 11. Quiet hours are from 23:00 to 08:00 in winter, and from 24:00 to 08:00 in summer. During these hours, guests must avoid any kind of noise or loud voices and ensure that sound and lighting devices are regulated so as not to disturb their neighbours. Vehicle traffic is not permitted, except in emergencies with prior authorisation.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Art. 12. Obligations.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Art. 13. Prohibitions.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n (h) Hanging clothes in unauthorised places or where they may be a nuisance to others.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Art. 14. It is not permitted to abandon unoccupied tents or caravans, without the express authorisation of the Campsite Management.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Art. 15. In the event of non-payment or abandonment, the campsite management may move the camping elements to a new site outside the camping area without the security conditions offered within the campsite, in order to leave the plot free and open.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Art. 16. Unless other conditions are agreed upon, the term for the payment of the amount accrued by the stay or service is due at the end of the day (12 noon). Consequently, the guest may at any time be required to pay for previous days. In special circumstances, at the discretion of the Management, advance payment may be requested.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Art. 17. Any camper who disobeys any aspect of these Rules shall be asked to leave the Campsite; if they do not do so voluntarily, they will be expelled by the Director, who is officially empowered to do so, requesting, if necessary, the assistance from law enforcement.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Art. 18. The Campsite Company is not responsible for theft or damage of any kind to campers and their belongings.<\/p>\n Nor shall it be liable for damage caused by fires lit by the campers themselves or their belongings, weather or any other cause beyond the Company’s control.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Art. 19. The guest, simply by registering at the campsite, accepts and agrees to the present Internal Rules and all other specific rules referred to in the second paragraph of art. 1.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Art. 20.
